Scope included market research, sales and distribution strategy, sourcing and coordinating wholesale/distribution partners, B2B sales materials, trade show presentation materials, in-person customer engagement on the trade show floor, and influencer coordination — full pipeline from strategy to market. The product line is now widely available through Bio Life (a Life Corporation retail subsidiary) and AEON Group stores nationwide.

    AZUKI de HAKKO — Koshiyama Kanseido (135-year heritage confectionery maker)

    End-to-end trade show and distribution pipeline for a fermented azuki bean brand

    Led the full trade show and go-to-market pipeline for AZUKI de HAKKO, a fermented azuki-and-rice-koji food brand from Koshiyama Kanseido, a confectionery maker with 135 years of history. Scope included exhibition booth material design, wholesale/distributor matching, influencer coordination, media outreach and press release writing, in-person customer engagement on the trade show floor, and product development advice. The work led to multiple new trade accounts and media coverage.
